miss miss him...
Miss him so much...esp since i have big bed in my room and plenty of space...
Miss him budging into my room and messing with my things...
Miss him reciting the names of the 7 dwarfs, singing the cuppy cupcake song and the gastby song...
Miss his cheeky smile and lively chuckles....
Miss him banging on my keyboard...
Miss hugging him and smooching his chubby cheeks...

I've finally called home today...after week n half of not calling home...my baby boy called me 'gu gu' over the phone....sigh...i wonder if he rem me or know that i'm the one talking to him...
Happy 2nd Birthday to you, Auggy...i hoped your daddy, mommy, ye ye, nai nai and little ben ben celebrates ur bday for you tomolo...

Dinner with my folks and the young one...
Mommy suggested we go out for dinner in the evening since bro and sis-in-law going for concert on their own...
4pm, baby boy budged into my room to wake me up from my lovely nap...i tot he was juz being irritating...so i chased him out and locked my door...
heard from mom that he went crying...saying my door was locked and kept asking her for the keys to open my door...and why was he so gan jiong about getting me up? Cos he wanna go out and mama told him to wake moi up...doink...
Anyway...got up, washed up and off we went to clark quay...
I always tell my parents that auggy belongs to the 尖屁股 category. So i gave him 2 train stops...after 2 train stops he'll definitely wanna get out of his seat and go running around...surprisingly he surpassed the 4th stop before fidgeting and go running to and fro =p
Us in the food court.
We had to take turns to eat cos this bugger as i've said, wont sit still to have his dinner. Dessert was Azabu ice cream which 4 of us shared a cup of strawberry and mango ice cream by the riverside...
Mommy was busy telling me where exactly her old house was at clark quay and that she had to cross the bridge to the market (which is the current Central) to buy grocery...while auggy was busy trying to get his spoon as much ice cream as possible from the cup...daddy was trying out some of it too though he aint suppose to eat sweet stuff...hehe...
Mama sat him on the table...told him to pose for photo..and he went 'Ha ha'...pretty nice eh...considering he didnt fidget that much...
Taken in the train...had to use 2 sweets to resolve his 尖屁股 issues...tiring k...
Used my phone to distract him too...took this photo and he went 'hee hee' with the sweet in his teeth...darn darn funny when i look at it...
Just love the evening we spent together...
No squabblings over what to eat what not...or where to go where not to...
So fun!
I wonder if i'll have aches tomolo when i wake up...after all the chasing, running and carrying...darn tired now...
no wonder they say wanna have kids should have them when you're young...tiring to run after toddlers leh....

Everyone in my house is taking turn to fall sick...first is moi, then papa, then auggy and now bro...
Auggy and bro been puking. The two boys always fall sick together and it's always the baby pass to the dad. That's how potent baby germs are...
Was feeding him milk before he slept, trying to burp him. He coughed and started looking abit weird. Before i could carry him off mama's bed, his veg-mushroom-porriage-dinner came splashing out of his puny mouth and onto moi! Sigh...his puke didnt kena him at all cos it went horizontally out onto my arms and legs. So...i have to hold him an arm length away from his own puke, wait for mama to carry him to toilet to wash off, then sit still and not move an inch from the bed while i wait for some kind soul to get me paper towels to at least wipe off the puke from my arms and legs before i can walk from my parent's room to the toilet.
Tell me, which single and avaliable woman can stand being covered in puke for approx 5 min or more, analyzed the puke contends and wonder what did baby boy have for dinner, while waiting for paper towels to come my way so that i can clean up without giving a word of 'Yucks....' or ' EEEee vomit vomit' ?? Perhaps cos it doesnt smell and i was too engross in looking at what he had puked out...haha
I think working in hospital helps a great deal. I mean it's not as though i've never cleaned up patients' shit or puke before, so what's with baby's puke? Either that or my tolerance for gross stuff is way higher than anyone else...Or best...the combi simply makes me the ultimate gross champion...HA haha hahaha...
On a different note...
Handsome made my day =) Moi love surprises! Big or small i dun care...i juz looove surprises! ~jump jump~
At first when my therapy assistant told me someone was looking for me, i thought which patient wanna see me to have earlier appt for physio...again...haha...
It turned out to be sweet sweet yd, who came looking for me for lunch! Yippee...so happy to see him standing outside my clinic! It's the effort that counts and i appreciate that a hell lot! Seriously, it makes my day so much more bearable =)
Jia you for your french tomolo handsome...though i dunno how to say jia you in french...anyway juz write whatever u can lar...

Yeah! It's Good Friday! Which means it's a public holiday! Which means no work! Which means i get to sleep in!
BUT NO!!!
Stupid bro kept asking auggy to shout for me at my door. Big kid went ' Quick quick, shout Gu Gu to wake her up!' and little one will juz go ' GUuu GUuu! GUuu GUuu! GUuuu GUuuu!' First time at around 9 am, second time at 10. Thought i was smart with the locking of my door but these two boys still have the ability to bug me and wake me up! !@#@$# Darn sleepy can...
I did ignore the two buggers and went back to sleep. It was not until auggy kept crying cos he couldnt bear to be separated from his mama who was heading off for church service. Stupid bro juz let him stand at the gate and cry to his mama who was by the door. I simply cannot stand baby boy crying non stop and worst when it was loud enough to wake me up.
If u havent seen me in my morning wake up mode, i look like a mess. Messy hair, gooey half opened eyes. I simply look like siao char bo. But i cant be bothered. Hey, i got woken up, plus i'm at home. So who cares...
And so, i got out of my room, picked auggy up and put him on my shoulder, with my half closed eyes throughout. Surprisingly he stopped crying, gave a flying kiss to his mama and juz propped his sweaty head over my shoulder. Carried him, pat him on his back. Hummed songs - from london bridge is falling down, to twinkle twinkle little stars, to 'ke ren lai', to humpty dumpty, to 'i'm a little teapot'. Eventually he fell asleep on my shoulder after a good 30-45 min of carrying...
By the time i put baby boy down on the mattress to sleep, bro claimed that he's tired and started snoring-_- Excuse moi, i should be the one feeling tired leh...i ended up with slight back ache and not able to get back to sleep cos i'm wide awake ALREADY!
who is the father huh huh huh...

FINALLY I heard him call me 'gu gu' way before i entered the room!!! But cheeky him resumed calling me 'goon goon' the moment he saw me. Perhaps that's the way he shows his closeness to me. I like it when he calls me 'goon goon', like a little nick specially for me. Haha..
I love it when he gives me little peck on the cheek when i ask him to 'kiss kiss' me...
I love it when he rests his head over my shoulder and pats me with his tiny little arm, as if telling me - everything is going to be alright and that he loves me no matter how...
I love it when he comes into my room and give that cheeky chuckles juz becos he managed to open my door...
I love it when he placed the earphones to his ears and listen to the songs from my nano. He'll give the sweetest smile and do a little dance to whatever songs he hears...
I love it when he was able to open my phone and attempt to take pic himself...
I love it when he sat on my lap, lying against me and stone throughout the bus ride cos he was tired...

goon goon??
All of us have been trying to get auggy to call my mum ' nai nai' and me 'gu gu' ...so far he can call my bro 'pa pa', sis-in-law 'ma ma', my dad 'ye ye' and of cos blurt out ' bao bei' or ' baby' at times which indicates himself.... haha very duh right...
was having cereal breakfast today at the dinning table and this little glutton kept bugging me to feed him some...and so i did....but before i fed him...i made him say 'xie xie' (sis-in-law has been training him for it...so i'm juz helping her to reinforce)...for this he can pronounce very clearly...the next few times when i fed him...i made him call me 'gu gu'...and cos he really really wanted to eat...he attempted calling me...
'goon goon' was all he called out o_O ....sounds like 'goon doo' leh...
actually all these while he's been calling me that...tried to correct it but cant leh...
hai yar 'goon goon' is better than him calling me something else =p

feel pek chek again...post mentural syndrome? dunno man...juz feel like slapping ppl or shaking them so hard that their necks fall off...like what u'll see in 'the simpsons'
nikki babe is back in s'pore! called her last nite...missed her voice leh...gonna meet her for dinner soon...hopefully she can make it...
miss my colleagues again...one of them called me yesterday...so funny...he called me to tell me that their loads are low and that they are decorating the activity room for x'mas...i wish i can join them...miss them so much suddenly...sigh...
i let auggy listen to that chipmunks x'mas song last nite...he was smiling so sweetly when he heard the voices...sooo cute...maybe should get the cd for him...

i closed my bedroom door so that i could use my computer in peace without baby boy disturbing me...
this little fellow protested by screaming and banging on the door...attempting to make me open it for him with his fake cries
so i told him 'call me gu gu first...then i'll open the door...'
no sound, nothing...
so i tot he went away since i aint reacting to any of his pleas nor can he call me...
i happily continue typing my stuff...
next moment i know...the door opened slowly and there came baby boy giving me that cheeky smile and walking those drunkard-like steps into my room...
bro was standing behind him at that moment...i stared at him and questioned him upon opening the door for auggy...he juz gave me that innocent look with two arms raise by his side and said ' i didnt do it...he opened it himself....'
who on earth will believe a 16-months toddler can reach the door hinge to open the door...
so i carried auggy out and closed my door to test him...
this little bugger happily tiptoed and stretched out his puny hand to reach for the hinge, pulled it down and pushed the door open -_-''
now i cant stop him from going into my room and i cant lock it either cos i cant rem where i put the keys to my door

first of all...'Happy Birthday Jessie!' many wishes to ya...MUACK!
went for squash this morning...so shiok! my stamina sux though....shall start training and get it back...
miss the old training days so much...glad that we can do it again! yippe...back to 3 training days a week? hopefully i wont be too dead...
went out for lunch with my squashies at amk mos...read sunday times,chatted and then head to bishan cos i'm looking for a book...thought i can find it at MPH...
i cant believe how blur i am...have gone to J8 so many times...i kept thinking that the old MPH was still around...completely ignorant bout it being replaced by Jean Yip Hub....sigh blur blur...
went back home after buying the book and was busy packing my room...it is simply too messy...i cant stand it...so manage to clear the rubbish that has been in my room for ages...
things i tot i've returned/lost but are actually sitting in my room include:
1. La Trobe acceptance letter for july 2007 which i told the IDP guy i didnt receive the hardcopy...i swear man...i really tot the one i have was for feb intake...
2. 'eat, shoots and leaves' - i know i know...ck, u're rolling ur eyes...i dunno how long i've borrowed it from u...
3. a necklace from yingkai years and years ago....
anyway spent the rest of the day shifting my stuff and making space in my room so that when baby boy comes in, he wont trip and fall...so in the end i've repositioned my bed to make space...

he's back!!! finally!!
he hasnt been around much lately...i didnt realise how much i've missed him until i saw him smiling at me when i called him and him, crawling towards me giggling and laughing...trying to follow my socks...
auggy is back...miss him so much...
this little angel is turning 1 yr old by end of the month! so fast! seemed like yesterday that my sis-in-law was crying and screaming in pain...
o yar...that's really fast...one year already...

only managed to type one today cos i was too exhausted...reached home at around 9 after having dinner with ray, jessie and wanyee....nice dinner time spent...been awhile since we've met up...always love catching up with them...too bad i cant watch ice age 2 with them...
after the girls sent me home, i fell asleep in front of the tv again...wanted to watch abit of show before starting work...baby boy came home...sis-in-law tossed him to me while i was half awake...and this little fellow was so thrilled to see me that he started attacking my specs and earrings...i wasnt even awake to stop his hands...too much to handle...i tossed him to my dad...haha
went into my room to nap somemore...gotten woken up by mama carrying baby boy into my room 'let's see wat gu gu is doing...' i was napping prone on my bed...half awake...and mama actually placed auggy on my back letting him ride on me and grabbing my hair....wah liao...as if i havent gotten tortured enough by all these little devils in the day time...now she wants to terrorize me with auggy...-_- yar yar...can never be too far away from these little creatures....biang no energy already lah...
mid-way eval went alright today...now more stress to perform well so that i can score even better than mid-way...which means i have to cont' typing more reports each day...
