yesterday we had lessons on sensory integration...were playing with the equipment at the private clinic that my lecturer has helped set up...

it's paediatric clinic...so there's all sort of swings, loft, bungee rope, trapez, gym balls of all sizes...it's like a mini playground...and like kids...we are all having fun playing around...muah haha

And have u ever played games with ur lecturer? Well i did today....darn funny!

Had my lesson in NYP pool today...it is the reduced energy module...we have to play games in the middle pool and constantly check heart rate and blood pressure so that we can monitor and see how demanding the activity may be....

and becos we didnt have enough ppl for playing captain ball in the pool, my lecturer had to join in...it's so fun...to see all of us so crazily chasing or swimming after ball...guarding our opponents...jumping, shouting and cheering for each other....it's funny to see ur lecturer do funny stunts juz so that his group can score...will not forget how he tried to scope the water so that the ball that was one arm length away came floating to him...pengz...we all laugh like siao....

haha...ppl who walked pass must have found it weird to see us playing and suddenly stay still when my lecturer shouted 'pulse check'...cos all of us will stand still...place fingers on our neck to check our pulse for 10s...then rush onshore to take each other's BP....

now i know how to check heart rate and BP fast fast...hehe

it's always this kindda modules that are so out of the box and creative that i've nver once regretted taking OT course despite it being only diploma... =)
