bloody sian...cant fling off the stupid gastric that i have...feel the pain when i eat...feel the pain when i dun eat...all i can do now is eat semi solid food...been drowning myself with milk and soya bean...actually not suppose to drink milk...anyway mama cooked me porriage for dinner...yeah easy to digest and yummy too...
